SoftApp adds a native to Teams PC Operator Console to her The Voice of O365 cloud offering.

Amersfoort – the Netherlands, January 18, 2021. SoftApp is expanding her cloud service The Voice of O365 – which allows Microsoft 365/Office 365 users and her organizations to deploy Microsoft Teams as a full-fledged PBX in the cloud – with a unique ‘native’ to Teams PC operator Console, allowing receptionist and operators to make ‘spit second’ decisions when answering incoming calls.

The intuitive, unsurpassed Windows based PC Operator Console software module of The Voice of O365 combines all information about the status of your organization in a single interface. Allowing for efficient call handling (answer, hold, transfer, etc.), an overview who is waiting, who one is talking to, as well as colleague availability (Outlook). This module comes standard with a calendar based Attendant (IVR) and Call Queue (ACD) functionality.

‘Native to Teams means that the call handling of this module works directly with the Cloud Communication APIs of Microsoft Teams deployed in Azure. Which allows the end-customer also the freedom to use Microsoft calling plans’ say’s Jeroen Andre de la Porte – CEO of SoftApp.

The PC Operator Console is available in The Voice of O365 market place as well as the StreamOne Marketplace of our valued international distributor Tech Data.
