The Voice of O365, a solution created by SoftApp, can be best described as an enterprise grade cloud service which offers Microsoft 365 users and their organizations the ability to use Microsoft Teams as fully fledged PBX in the cloud.
Make and receive calls.
The Voice of O365 adds PSTN access to Microsoft 365 so an organization can make and receive telephone calls with their Teams license – in combination with a Teams Phone Standard license – as they are accustomed to with their present PBX, hosted voice or telephony service.
Phone number & SIP trunk preservation
With the Voice of O365 you may continue to use your current phone numbers. Are you using a SIP trunk and are you satisfied with your telephony provider then we see no reason to say goodbye!
Your existing SIP trunk is then registered to the Voice of O365 platform.
Fixed amount per month
For each user, you pay a fixed amount per month. You only pay for what you use and there is no contractual obligation.
Safe and Secure
The cloud service The Voice of O365 is completely Teams agnostic. Our redundant uniform cloud communications platform (build in house and deployed in Azure) offers you all the communication tools needed to deploy and maintain our Teams direct routing solution. The AudioCodes SBC’s in use are Microsoft Teams certified.
