With this Teams direct routing SBC-as-a-Service module, business partners can quickly and efficiently create their own Teams direct routing proposition or properly serve large enterprise customers who ‘require’ the Teams direct routing SBC to be dedicated.

The reason business partners choose this solution is easy to explain explains Jeroen André de la Porte, CEO of SoftApp. ‘The business partner does not want to ‘overload’ its internal organization with, for example, specific and periodic SBC service and ‘maintenance’ jobs and/or the business partner wants to use our self-service portal, which contains both a marketplace and a unique Teams admin tenant provisioning tool, so it can go to market in record time.

 SoftApp breidt het selfservice portaal van haar cloud service The Voice of O365 – waarmee Microsoft 365/Office 365-gebruikers en haar organisaties Teams als volwaardige telefooncentrale in de cloud kunnen inzetten – uit met een ‘Market Place’ en ‘Call detailed Record’ module, waardoor haar Business Partners en eindgebruikers nog meer controle hebben.   

De Market Place module biedt de mogelijkheid om, snel en doeltreffend, licenties of diensten te bestellen, op- dan wel af te schalen. De bestelhistorie te bekijken, alsook te zien wat er per klant in gebruik is. De verwerking van de opdracht is ‘onmiddellijk’.

De Call Detail Record (CDR) module biedt van elk gesprek uitgebreide gespreksinformatie. De informatie (inclusief complete sip trace) wordt samengesteld vanuit onze Session Border Controllers in combinatie met de operationele SIP trunk en de connectie naar de Microsoft Teams hubs. Hiermee kan men inzien wat er gebeurt met een gesprek in geval van bijvoorbeeld calamiteiten.
